The staff of this particular B&B went even "the extra-mile" by following a phonecall request of my family to come to my room, checking on me if everything was okay, while my mobile went off-duty.

Bus stop is very close, train station is in 3-4 bus stops, not difficult to get to the city center. Breakfast was fine, not very versatile, but still OK.
